Contact us to request a quote for your invitations. For wedding invitations, you'll want to get started about 6-8 weeks before you plan on sending the invitations for your guests. Let us know what you're looking for: colors, styles, delivery deadline, general wording, what suite you think would work best for you, etc. The more information we have, the easier it is to get the process rolling and the faster we can get the product to you! Once we receive your request, we will ask for any additional information we might need. When we have a pretty good idea of your needs, we'll send you a quote within 48 hours, detailing pricing and delivery time-frames.


When everything is set up and you're ready to order, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to begin the custom design process. This will count toward your total payment once your invitations have been completed.


As soon as we receive your deposit, the designing begins. Based on the information you've given us, we will have a digital first draft for you within 5 days. After the first draft, we can go through 3 more revisions before settling on a final draft. (More than 3 revisions may incur an additional charge depending on the complexity of the revision.)  We ask that you pay special attention to spelling and wording on the last draft. Once it is finalized, we will not be able to make any more adjustments.


Once the design is finalized, a new listing will be created for the remaining 75% of the total. After purchasing the final listing, the invitations will be printed and shipped within 10 days.


The total design process typically takes about 4 weeks from the original quote to the shipment of the finalized invitations. Prompt responses from our customers for the revisions and listing purchases will speed the design process. In extraordinary circumstances, we can expedite the entire process to 7-10 days (for an additional 15% fee) as long as the design requires few revisions.

Due to the custom nature of invitations and the time spent both designing and printing before a final product is received, we cannot offer any refunds either of the deposit or of the final purchase. We will work with you tirelessly to ensure a satisfactory product, and if any errors are made on our part, we will gladly replace any of our products, at our expense.
